The AI Governance Workshop Kit™ is a complete, ready-to-facilitate session system built on the Burks AI Governance Model™ — the proprietary five-layer framework for responsible AI governance in small and mid-sized organizations.

What's inside the kit:
The Facilitator Guide is your complete session script with SAY, ASK, and WATCH cues for every point in the session. It covers both half-day (3.5-hour) and full-day (6-hour) formats, walks you through all five layers of the Burks AI Governance Model™ with layer-specific facilitation strategy, includes objection handling for the six most common resistance points, and closes with a debrief protocol and discovery call CTA to BSH implementation services.
The Participant Workbook is distributed to every session attendee. It contains the opening AI inventory exercise, layer-by-layer fillable worksheets for all five layers, a governance gap identification section with risk rating, and a 30/60/90-day action commitment page with named owners and completion criteria. Each participant leaves with a documented baseline and a personal governance commitment.
The Slide Deck is 22 slides built for projection or screen share. Every layer has an intro slide and a corresponding exercise slide. Each slide includes the "you are here" layer stack so participants always know where they are in the framework. Keyboard arrow navigation, thumbnail strip, and progress bar are built in.

Participant Workbooks may be printed and distributed to session attendees. BSH branding and attribution must remain on all distributed materials.
